If you believe that your intellectual property has been infringed upon while using the Freelance4M platform, we have established a process to handle intellectual property claims efficiently and fairly.

Submitting a Claim

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that your copyrighted work has been used or displayed on Freelance4M in a way that constitutes copyright infringement,

please submit a written notification to our designated Copyright Agent. Your notification must include the following:

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.

  3. Sufficient information to identify the allegedly infringing material, including its location on the Freelance4M platform.

  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the disputed material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Review and Action

Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement claim, we will promptly review the information provided.

If you believe that your material was mistakenly removed or disabled, or if you have the right to use the material in question, you may file a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include the following:
